Travel program

Meeting at Manas airport and breakfast at the Supara ethno-complex. Next, transfer to the eco-resort Kara-Bulak among the coniferous slopes. The day is dedicated to rest after the journey: SPA, easy walks, organic lunch, dinner and a good night in the mountains.
After Kara-Bulak, the route passes through the Burana Tower, panoramas of the Orto-Tokoy reservoir and Kochkor. Treatment sessions begin in the Chon-Tuz salt mine: 4 hours each in a unique microclimate with a temperature of +8…+10 °C. These days also include the Kol-Kok valley, boats on Orto-Tokoy and quiet evenings at the Seitek guest house..
In the second part of the tour, you will find Son-Kul with a picnic and horseback riding, relaxation on the shores of Issyk-Kul in Balykchy, a master class on assembling a yurt, souvenir shops and final speleotherapy sessions. Final day - transfer to Bishkek, lunch along the way and transfer to Manas International Airport.

The tour lasts 12 days and 11 nights. The route passes through Bishkek, Kara-Bulak, Burana, Kochkor, Chon-Tuz, Son-Kul, Balykchy and returns to Bishkek.
The mine has a stable temperature of +8…+10 °C and humidity 45–65%. It is recommended to take warm clothes. Speleotherapy sessions last 4 hours according to the recommendations of specialists.
